Over the last eight years, we are very proud to say that we’ve had only a handful of returns and cancelations, so we’re confident you won’t need to act on the following. Yet, for your peace of mind in shopping with us, our policy is abbreviated below:
Cancellations and Returns
If you wish to cancel an order before the goods are despatched please email email@example.com.
If you would like to a return a product after you’ve received it, you can do so for a full refund at any time up to 28 days from the day you receive your purchase. However, please do let us know by emailing us so we can keep an eye out for your return and process your refund quicker. Your order must be returned in the same condition in which you received it.
Private and corporate commissioned items are non-refundable.
In the unlucky circumstance you have received an order and there is a problem, please let us as soon as possible. We’ll make sure to rectify this as soon as we can.
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from the date we receive your returned order.
