E-Commerce & marketing

E-commerce & marketing develop innovative ideas across multiple platforms and work directly with in-house designs from our Studio as well as outsourced talent to bring digital ideas to life. Covering everything from the website and social media to emails & photography.

 

Finance & Accounts

The backbone of the business, Finance & Accounts are responsible for delivering efficient financial management and controls to support the business.

 

Wholesale

A selection of passionate individuals dedicated to building personal relationships with wholesale clients in an effort to supply TOM MARTIN products to the very best retailers, from national brands to local treasured emporiums. 

 

Bespoke

A dedicated and passionate team of account managers who build in-depth relationships with our Bespoke clients globally, to ensure their bespoke products are delivered on time and with the highest attention to detail.

 

Warehouse

A fun and vibrant hub delivering fulfilment and logistics for both Bespoke and D2C channels, managing timely receipt and despatch of TOM MARTIN stock.

Junior Illustrator
The Studio

We’re looking for a talented and motivated illustrator to join The Studio.

You'll work closely with senior management, other creative talents and directly with our Bespoke clients to develop creative concepts for use across Bespoke and Direct to Consumer products and campaigns.

Bespoke Account Manager
Bespoke

At TOM MARTIN, we know a thing or two about creating something amazing for someone else. Whether it’s for the end consumer or on behalf of our bespoke corporate clients. 

We've been delighted to create bespoke inside-painted ornaments for an incredible range of world-renowned clients across the UK, Europe and North America. We are now seeking a Bespoke Account Manager to join us and help us expand our Bespoke business.

You'll work closely to deliver our corporate sales; maintain great relationships with our current clients as well as proactively develop new business. We’re in high growth mode meaning that this is a fantastic time to grow and shape or start your career with us.

You will be handling corporate and bespoke sales and processing orders from start to finish. You will be responding to enquiries, scoping out and finalising orders with clients, liaising with our in-house or external illustrators on the required artwork, working with our production team towards delivery and following up to ensure everything has gone beautifully.

We’re looking for someone with a drive for business development; a unique, lateral thinker who is looking forward to getting stuck in and adding their drive to our Bespoke business. Building relationships will be second nature, and you'll need to be confident in driving proactive development too. We're a busy, fast-paced, welcoming small business. If you love getting stuck in and making things happen for world-leading clients, this may be the role for you.

You'll work closely with senior management and The Studio to develop and maintain our visual identity and will be responsible for creating content for social media as well as photography for our online shop and marketing campaigns.

We’re looking for someone with a drive for creativity and a keen eye for detail; a unique individual who is keen to get stuck in and drive our creative content through photography and videography.

Assistant to Director
Admin & Support

We’re currently looking for an Assistant to be a supportive force who empowers our senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. This person should have experience working in an work environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to managers. Given the dynamic nature of the executive landscape, we will rely on the successful applicant to be flexible and consistent while maintaining the confidentiality of systems and operations.

Objectives of this role

  • Support the Director primarily and provide additional support to team members, as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently

  • Maintain and refine internal processes that support leadership, and coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflows

  • Manage communication with employees by liaising with internal and external team members, suppliers and partners on various projects and tasks

  • Plan and orchestrate work to ensure that senior executives’ priorities are met, organisational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld

Responsibilities

  • Manage professional and personal scheduling for the Director, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics

  • Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information 

  • Manage travel logistics and activities, including accommodation and transportation

  • Provide administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation and maintenance of digital filing system and contacts database

  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials

  • Organise team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site

Required skills and qualifications

  • Past experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong time-management skills and an ability to organise and coordinate multiple concurrent projects

  • Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems

  • Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees
